We sell to all denominations. Products can be modified to meet the requirement of almost all religious denominations. At Heavenly Wood, we make it one of our highest priorities to not to favor or discriminate against any person or religious denomination. We also employ people of many different denominations.

What are your business hours?
Our sales department is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MT. You can order online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Shipping & Freight
How are products shipped?
Products are usually shipped via Fed-Ex or freight truck. Many pieces of furniture are too delicate or heavy to be shipped Fed-Ex.
What is inside delivery?
Inside delivery is having a freight company driver take your package into your building and putting it where you want it. Inside delivery adds additional cost to your shipping.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping charges vary depending on weight, dimensions and location being delivered. Shipping charges include the cost to ship your order including handling and insurance. Please be aware that expedited shipping will cost more than ground shipping.
How long does it take to receive a product?
Church furniture is considered custom-built and is made to order. Because all our furniture is made by hand, it can take anywhere from one to three weeks before furniture can be shipped. Modified furniture can take even longer. When our customers see the quality of the church furniture, they tell us it is well worth the wait. A sales associate will contact you and let you know what your expected lead time will be.
Can I use my own freight company?
It many cases you can use your own freight company. We will require a phone number and an account number to get everything arranged. We also accept UPS and Fed-Ex account numbers.
Payment and Discounts
What discounts are available?
We already discount our products from the retail price. We can offer bigger discounts if you purchase a product in large quantities. Actual pricing discounts can be given by one of our customer service representatives.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MC, American Express, IMPAC and Discover credit cards. We also accept checks, money orders and cashier's checks. Purchase orders are accepted as well, but require paperwork to be filled before we can accept them. Ordering Process
How do I place an order?
You can place an order over the Internet or over the phone. We have a fully functioning shopping cart that makes online purchases easy. Our sales representatives are available to take your calls, answer questions and help you place orders.
Are samples available?
Wood and fabric samples are available upon request.
How do I get product specs and dimensions?
We have most specs and dimensions listed on our site. If you are unable to find the information, please call one of our customer service representatives (800-257-2968) or e-mail us ( info@heavenlywood.com). We will be able to get any information you may need.
After Sale Service
Can I return my purchase?
Our church furniture is handmade and built to order. Because it is handmade, orders may not be returned. If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, we can make arrangements to return these products and ship new furniture.
