Welcome to the first edition of the Heavenly Wood
newsletter, bringing you the latest in church furniture
and decorations. Our newsletter is designed to educate
and inform you about the latest products available and
let you hear what questions our customers are asking.
This month’s issue will cover the wide variety of
seating options that are available, including fabric
and wood options. It will also discuss different uses
of religious seating.
Finding the right church furniture can often be a
daunting task. There are so many options and deciding
which piece of furniture will work best can be difficult.
At Heavenly Wood, we let you see all our products, their
options and pricing right from our site. We have an
entire staff of knowledgeable sales representatives who
can help you find the right piece of furniture. Ordering

Question: What fabric options are available for your
sanctuary seating?
Answer: You will first want to click on the chair you’re
interested in. Once there, you will see a link called
"Click here to view stain colors and fabric options."
From there you will be able to see the entire selection
of fabric samples and wood stains. Samples are also
available upon request.
Question: What is your church seating made from?
Answer: Our furniture is made from northern red oak from
New York State. Northern red oak produces a beautiful
and natural look to your wood furniture. Stain brings
out the natural grain designs and patterns that northern
red oak is known for. The wood is designed to last and
sustain a lot of stress.
Question: If I place an order, how long will it take to
get to me?
Answer: It usually takes about 1 ½ to two weeks for the
furniture to be built. The furniture is all hand made
and is built to order. Shipping time takes anywhere from
two to six days, depending on where you live. The end
result is worth the wait as our customers are happy with
the finished product.
Question: I really like the model 65 high-back chair
(http://www.heavenlywood.com/65-high-back-chair.htm),
but do not need the cross on the back. Can that be
removed?
Answer: We can make custom modifications to furniture.
Removing engravings is not a problem. We have even had
customers of different faiths request different
engravings. Give one of our sales representatives a call
and they can let you know exactly what modifications can
be made.
In order to make sure you continue to receive the our
