Custom modifications have been a popular item for our
customers. In this issue we will be covering a variety
of common custom modification requests. We will also
be looking into delivery time on regular and custom
orders.

----Featured Product Of The Month----
The Model 320 lectern is our Heavenly Wood product of
the month. This lectern has become a hit among our
customers. Not only does it look good, it easily holds
books, speeches and makes a good place to offer sermons.
It has an enclosed shelf that holds additional
documentation. Weighing it at only 70 to 75 pounds, this
lectern is very easy to move from one location to

What is your delivery time on custom orders?
Delivery time on custom orders is about four to six
weeks. This gives our carpenters time to measure wood
to required specifications and make the furniture. All
our church furniture is made to order. Custom furniture
requires modifications and changes from normal daily
operations, creating a delay.
We love making custom furniture. Let us know what you
want and we will more than likely be able to build it.
We rarely have a custom furniture request that we
cannot meet.
Shipping on our standard church furniture is about 10
days. Our standard line of furniture is made to meet
the requirements of most churches and usually do not
require any custom modifications.

What kind of modifications can be made to your pulpits?
More importantly, can a microphone be added?
Our pulpits can be adjusted to be taller, wider, shorter
or thinner. Corners can be rounded, lettering can be
etched into the wood and more. The easiest thing to do
with custom pulpit modifications is to pick out a model
that you like and let us know what changes you would
like to be made.
During the manufacturing process, a hole can be drilled
that will permit the attachment and use of a microphone.
We do not sell the microphones, but if you provide us
with the parts, we can install them.

I am looking at your prie dieu kneelers and was
wondering if you could make the Model 54 kneeler double
wide to accommodate two people?
Our kneelers can be easily modified to accommodate two
people. The same can be done with our pews and other
seating. Just let us know how wide you need the kneeler
and we can build it.

Do you offer wood and fabric samples? If so, how do I
get them?
We offer both wood and fabric samples. We try to display
our wood and fabric selection as clearly as possible
on our Web site, but understand sometimes a sample
is needed to see how well colors will go with existing
furniture in a church.
You can get wood samples by calling (800-257-2968) or
e-mailing (info@heavenlywood.com) us. All we need
is a name and an address and we can mail them to you
within a week.
