| 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY |
| This Limited Warranty is given to the original Buyer (the "Buyer") of the furniture. Woerner Industries, Inc. (Woerner) warrants that the furniture will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for 3 years from the purchase date. |
WHAT IS NOT COVERED |
| Damages caused by improper assembly (if applicable), installation, operation, handling, cleaning, finishing, unusual climatic conditions, unauthorized modifications, abuse or extraordinary uses of the furniture. |
CLAIMS PROCEDURE |
The duration of this warranty is limited to claims made in writing to Woerner within 3 years after the Purchase Date. The Buyer should contact the retailer from which the furniture was purchased with any warranty claims. If that retailer is no longer in business or the Buyer no longer lives near that retailer, the Buyer may contact Woerner at this address.
If requested, the Buyer must allow the retailer or Woerner to inspect the furniture and the Buyer must reasonably cooperate with the retailer or Woerner with respect to verifying the warranty claim. If a warranted defect is discovered, Woerner will repair or replace the furniture or furniture part, at the option of Woerner.
Furniture returned to Woerner without prior written authorization will not be accepted.
This warranty extends only to the Buyer and is not transferable. |
